EXAMPLES OF CLIENTS
•Hard money lender with performing and non-performing loans, REO and property in the foreclosure process. The lender needs to recover capital to pay off investors and credit lines, and to negotiate a forbearance.
•Real estate developer has a broken/fractured condominium development, slow or no sales, and the lender is threatening or has started foreclosure.
